Mimi remains unbothered.
Despite not making the 2026 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee list, Mariah Carey has no hard feelings.
When asked by TMZ on Monday (April 20) in New York City whether the Emancipation of Mimi songstress was upset about not making the cut, Carey, 57, responded with a simple "No, period."
The "Obsessed" singer continued, "Who cares? Give it to someone else. Fantastic." She also thanked her fans for supporting her throughout the years.
The music icon has now been nominated for inclusion in the Hall of Fame for three consecutive years, beginning in 2024. This year's inductees include music legends such as Iron Maiden, Phil Collins, Oasis, Billy Idol, Joy Division/New Order, Sade, Wu-Tang Clan and the late Luther Vandross, with whom Carey once collaborated.
The induction is scheduled for November 14 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. ABC and Disney+ will air the induction in December.
