Latto officially confirmed that she and her longtime boyfriend, 21 Savage, are expecting their first child together.
On Friday, March 20, the Atlanta rapper finally admitted she is pregnant in a new music video from her upcoming album Big Mama. On "Business & Personal (Intro)," Latto raps about her early beginnings with her mother before browsing through a pregnancy journal. The scrapbook contains childhood photos of Latto and her man, 21 Savage, along with her first (and only) pregnancy test. Midway through, Latto reveals her baby bump for the first time as 21's hand gently caresses it.
"This baby ain't slowing s**t down but the horsepower," Latto raps as the beat switches up.
For the other half of the video, Latto continues to stunt on the competition like it's business as usual. She flaunts her baby bump while doing household chores, posing with her 10 bodyguards, and watering her garden. At one point, she shouts out Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Ms. Rachel, and even addresses rumors that Drake wrote some of her verses on past albums.
"Oh they think crodie wrote it? That's a compliment," Latto spits.
"Business & Personal (Intro)" is the first single to come from Latto's forthcoming album, Big Mama. In celebration of the big announcement, Latto went on Instagram Live to show off her baby bump and perform the song in the studio. The album is scheduled to arrive on May 29, but as of this report, Latto has yet to reveal her child's due date.
