There’s something about a seasonal menu drop that makes me forget about the weather completely. Even after a blizzard, I found myself heading out to try something new… because when I saw Jersey Cow Ice Cream released their St. Patrick’s Day flavors, I knew I had to go.
If you know me, you already know I love Irish potatoes. So naturally, the Irish potato ice cream immediately caught my attention.
From the first bite, I was honestly surprised. It wasn’t just inspired by the flavor it actually tasted exactly like an Irish potato. The coconut, the cinnamon, and that perfect level of sweetness all came through so clearly. It felt nostalgic, but also completely new at the same time.
What stood out the most was how intentional the flavor felt. This wasn’t just a fun seasonal idea it was done right. Every bite was balanced, smooth, and somehow even better than the last.
Moments like this are exactly why I love exploring local spots. You never know when you’re going to find something that completely exceeds your expectations.
